    Introductory coaching offer

    could this be for you?

Are you feeling stuck, in transition, unclear on who you are or what comes next? Are you carrying a quiet sense of unrest — like something needs to shift, but you’re not sure how? Coaching can help you gently explore these feelings and find a way forward.

Sessions can take place outdoors, indoors or virtually — whatever setting helps you feel most comfortable and able to think clearly.

You may find outdoor coaching helpful if you:

    • Want to combine physical wellbeing with personal growth

    • Think best when you’re moving

    • Feel clearer outdoors, away from screens and noise

    • Find indoor coaching too formal or pressured

    Why are sessions free?

I’m currently training as a coach, completing a course that teaches coaching models, ethics, theory and best practice.

To embed this learning and become a confident and effective coach, I need to work with real people, with real thoughts, real challenges and real goals.

Offering free sessions means you get dedicated time to explore what’s on your mind, reconnect with what matters, and begin moving forward — without cost or pressure.

And I get the chance to practise, learn, and refine my approach through genuine coaching conversations.

what can you expect from a session?

Each session is planned so that it supports you and helps you to feel relaxed.

Living in the Highlands, we have an abundance of beautiful, accessible places to choose from; it could be a gentle stroll through Ness Islands and a coffee at Botanical Gardens or a wander through the Aldourie Estate and down onto Dores beach.

We agree a location that feels comfortable and accessible. If meeting outdoors, we walk at a gentle pace and take time to pause when needed. There is no pressure to talk constantly — silence and reflection are part of the process too.

We work together in a partnership, each session focussed on helping you explore what is important to you.

I support you by listening, asking questions, offering insights and carefully chosen tools and resources, to help support the work you are doing. If helpful, I can check in between sessions to see how you are progressing.

    A little about me

At the heart of this partnership is a simple belief - that people already carry much of what they need, they just don’t always have the space to access it.

I’ve experienced coaching myself and found it incredibly helpful, especially in moments where life felt full, shifting, or unclear. Having that protected space to think, breathe, and reconnect with my own direction was a turning point for me.

My work as an Occupational Therapist in palliative care has shaped how I show up, with care and curiosity. It’s taught me how to sit with uncertainty, hold steady space, and help someone explore what matters most without pressure or judgement.

Nature connection has also played a big role in my own journey. Time outdoors has always helped me find perspective, settle my thoughts and my body, and reconnect with purpose and meaning. Beginning to explore these threads in my own life made it clear how valuable they can be for others and led to me to train as a Natural Mindfulness Guide in 2023. Nature‑based coaching therefore feels like a natural evolution of my own personal learning journey.
